A low VOC, three-component, versatile, easy-to-apply clearcoat for use with Axalta FlexBase 7700™ PB basecoats. It is designed to deliver premium quality, high glossappearance with excellent durability and chemical resistance. It can be directly applied to plastic surfaces to give a high gloss finish.
