Description

A surface cleaner in an aerosol format that leave no surface residue. The unique solvent blend is formulated to remove wax, grease, silicone, dirt, tar, insect remnants, sanding dust and compound sludge prior to topcoat.

Application Instructions

Application

Apply A-3990S; to substrate to remove wax, grease, silicone, dirt, tar, insect remnants, sanding dust, and compound sludge prior to topcoat.
Wipe the surface while it is still wet to loosen and lift the contaminant from the substrate.
Follow immediately by wiping the surface thoroughly dry with a clean Sontara® cloth (E-4142 or E-4143).
For hard to remove surface contamination, repeat the previous process steps

Dust free: 30 minutes

Special Instructions

Do not use on unprimed plastic or fiberglass substrates due to possible static buildup which may cause a flash fire.
