National Rule VOC compliant, solvent-borne enamel single-stage topcoat formulated for ease of application, improved appearance, and is available in a wide range of colors. Ful-Base is best used for overall painting on older vehicles, general restorations, and dealerships where good gloss and color are required.

Application Instructions

Application
Solid colors: Apply 1 medium wet coat, flash to tack, apply 1 full wet coat.
Metallic colors: Apply 2 medium-wet coats. Allow to flash 5-10 minutes between coats. Apply a third and final “mist” coat to even the metallic.
