A two-component premium, high build, clearcoat formulated for complete overall applications. Featuring a durable high gloss finish with excellent flow and leveling characteristics making application easy. This 4.2 VOC clearcoat offers quick, overall high build coverage with only two coats providing added savings in application time and product. 9700 utilizes the Metalux Universal MS Hardeners keeping your inventory to a minimum. Meets National Rule VOC requirements.

Application Instructions

Application

Apply 2 to 3 single coats allowing flash to hand slick (5-10 min.) between coats. Note: Cooler temperatures and thicker films may require longer flash times. Recoatability: May be re-coated after 24 hours or best after full cure (7 days @ 77°F/25°C) Note: Do not expose to rain or excessive moisture for 24 hours. VERY IMPORTANT: Applying decals is best after 7 days or full cure to avoid decal blistering. Applying more than 3 coats is not recommended. Note: When baking, no purge time needed. Go straight to bake.
